Order Fulfilment


We aim to correctly reflect our current stock system on all products however, there are occasions when a product ordered may not be in stock. In this case we will contact you by email and give you an option of waiting until an item is available or cancelling the order.


We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. it is important that the address is accurate and includes a relevant post code. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
We aim to deliver goods to UK addresses within 5 working days and rest of the world within 14 working days. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or destruction.

You will need to provide us with your email address and we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the order and to confirm details.


All items are delivered to you via third party postal service (Regular Mail). Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the number of items / weight and destination of order. If you prefer signed delivery, an additional charge of £6 will be applied, please notify us if you would like to request this service. 



The statutory rights of the consumer are unaffected by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms of use, it's subject matter and it's formation, are governed by 'The supply of Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2009' and 'The Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007'.


Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.


Third party rights

Nothing in this agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
